Why we founded
 Bankruptcy Recovery Group

We founded The Bankruptcy Recovery Group, because in our collective experience, collection of avoidance based recoveries have become an inefficient process, often pursued too late in cases and through a formulaic approach. Bankruptcy Recovery Group addresses these issues by providing a more holistic and individuated approach to avoidance based recoveries.

Years of practice has taught us that engaging an avoidance recovery team early in chapter 11 cases not only simplifies the plan and plan negotiation process but leads to higher estate recoveries, by providing invaluable data for the estate that can be used in the plan negotiation and sale processes. Too often chapter 11 estates leave money on the table by failing to adequality recognize the value of their avoidance claims, simply electing to “leave the claims for the liquidating trust”.
