The Bankruptcy Recovery Group was founded by experienced bankruptcy lawyers with decades of experience successfully representing parties (primarily Debtors) in some of the most complex cases.
GARRETT NYE
Garrett received his law degree from the Emory University School of Law, with honors. Over the course of his career, Garrett has represented both debtors and creditors in a wide range of bankruptcy and insolvency related matters. Garrett has substantial experience prosecuting and defending preference claims, fraudulent transfers claims and other complex collection matters. Before practicing law, Garrett worked in the accounting field, having received his finance degree from Arizona State University. Garrett is admitted to practice law in Illinois.
TALITHA GRAY KOZLOWSKI
Having exclusively represented debtors, committees, Chapter 7 trustees, and liquidating trustees for nearly 20 years, Talitha understands how important the effective, expeditous, and successful prosecution of Chapter 5 claims is to creditor recovery. Talitha brings not only a deep knowledge of preference and fraudulent transfer law, but considerable experience to guide clients in evaluating and prosecuting such potential Chapter 5 claims to maximize recovery.
WILLIAM NOALL
Bill practices in the areas of bankruptcy, business disputes, and commercial law. His practice involves representation of clients in Chapter 11 restructurings, chapter 7 liquidations and related avoidance litigation. Through his practice, Bill has learned the benefits of early identification and estimation of value of avoidance litigation primarily due to their impact on both liquidation analyses and reorganization or sale of a debtor or its business assets. Bill brings avoidance claim litigation and resolution experience to the Company for the benefit of our clients.
GREG GARMAN
Greg has practiced exclusively as a bankruptcy for more than 25 years in some of the largest and most complex cases across the country. Greg has been selected by his peers as “Lawyer of the Year” on three occasions in the area of both Insolvency & Reorganization and “Bankruptcy Litigation”.
